"Let's call this a "Poeup". This was my first attempt at this movement. I can tell you that my abs, hips, and balance were challenged, not to mention, my lower back and delts. I really feel like a created separation in these attempts. I was in normal man's weather though...not winner's weather.....I look forward to 100 plus degrees and all the humidity the atmosphere can dish out"....Coach Poe

Coach Poe finishes his last set of 5 reps with 280 pounds. This dedication took over three hours.
