The famous "Patio", considered the "Beginning and the End" for some of the nation's top strength athletes. The secret "10 Commandments" of the Patio can be seen hanging on the French Doors in this picture.

Matt works on a set of 30 reps with 150 pounds in the hottest gym in Florida, "no shirt" required. "3 sets of 10 is a joke. To build absolute strength endurance, one must handle the heaviest weight at the most amount of reps, actually embarking on the edges of superior mental training"---Sounds like Coach Poe.
