COACH POE HERNIATES LUMBAR DISK

"It was a sad and most scary day for me on the deadlift platform September 21, 2009. I am determined to turn this situation into a positive and meaningful experience for my athletes, my fans,  my competitors, and me. I am determined to make my rehabilitation a comeback to remember and to learn from! I will not let this injury beat me. God has given me the talent to be a successful powerlifter and to influence others through this talent. I intend to personify the word dedication and heart. In the famous words of Journey....Don't Stop Believing...I'LL NEVER QUIT"----Coach Poe
